Invest York Road: A Model for Building Community Wealth and Fostering Healthy Commercial Corridors (presentation slides)

Join us to learn about Invest York Road, an initiative enabling community members to make small investments into a community-controlled fund that will be used to buy properties along a disinvested commercial corridor in Baltimore. Through their investments, people have the opportunity to build personal and community wealth, benefiting the quality of life and financial wellbeing of the corridor’s diverse stakeholders. We’re excited to share our stories and to answer your questions about our innovative model.
