This session will highlight real-world examples of local leaders and practitioners who are using the Upward Mobility Framework to identify barriers and develop targeted strategies to increase upward mobility and racial equity in their communities. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the practical application of the Framework, learn about innovative data-driven approaches, and discover the latest resources and best practices from the Upward Mobility Initiative for creating sustainable and equitable community transformations.
