This session will explore how philanthropic organizations, particularly community foundations, can serve as anchor institutions to advance economic mobility and opportunity by fostering cross-sector partnerships. In an era where complex social and economic challenges demand coordinated responses, community foundations are uniquely positioned to convene diverse leaders from government, nonprofit, corporate, and community sectors. Sharing examples from the field, participants will gain insights into addressing common challenges, such as measuring impact, shifting narratives, and navigating the politicized landscape that can hinder collaborative efforts.
This session is eligible for Certification Maintenance credits with the American Institute of Certified Planners.
