Resources:
The Baltimore BASE Network has improved access to resources for hundreds of small business owners navigating major challenges and key growth milestones. Since March 2020, this coalition of 15 public and nonprofit organizations have pioneered adaptive, multi-sector initiatives to help micro-business owners survive acute economic crises, and access resources in the context of longstanding system shortcomings. This panel will showcase the experience and expertise of BASE Network members, while highlighting key lessons, tools, and mindsets built over time. We will share strategies and practices that enable organizations to contribute our strengths and stay aligned in our actions. Participants will leave with practical insights and inspiring stories that help them to adopt network-driven models in their own local context.
